Our general hourly rate for attorney time is $145.00 per hour. Some matters, such as real estate transactions, and will or trust preparation, are billed at a specific rate depending on the service provided. We also charge for all expenses necessary to the representation. For example, court filing fees are now $250.00, and charges for publication, and service of process are also significant. Retainer Agreements
For more involved cases, we will negotiate a retainer agreement that spells out your rights and provides for a certain sum be paid up front. This money will be deposited in our trust account. As the case progresses, you will make payments from this retainer, and if it is diminished, we will ask that it be replenished.
